Quick answer
The Shop is where you upgrade or extend your subscription mid-cycle. Whatever you bought when you first subscribed (your booth, catalog, plan tier) stays as-is — the Shop is for add-ons on top of that.
What can I buy in the Shop?
- Plan upgrades — move from Starter to Growth or Showcase to unlock more capacity
- Trade-board boost packs — push your trade posts to the top of the board
- Trade-post slots — add more concurrent listings beyond your plan default
- Extra capacity — extra articles, events, languages, staff seats, co-owner seats
- Spotlight — rotating carousel placement on the homepage
- Banners — premium ad placements across the platform
- Sister-domain visibility — list your company on additional sister sites for extra reach
How does billing work?
Everything in the Shop is annual billing. You pay once per year, your add-on stays active for 12 months, and you can renew or change it next cycle. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I add things to a cart?
Yes — pile up as many items as you want into your cart, then check out together in one transaction. Or use Buy now if you only want one item — it skips the cart and goes straight to checkout.
Adding items
Click Add to cart on any item in the Shop. A small confirmation appears, the cart count badge updates in the top-right corner of the page, and you stay exactly where you are — no scroll jump, no reload.
Reviewing your cart
Tap the floating cart icon (top-right) at any time to see what's in it. From the cart page you can change quantities, remove items, or empty the cart entirely.
Cart survival
Your cart is saved during your browser session. If you start checkout but cancel partway, the items remain in your cart so you can return to them later. The cart is only cleared after a successful payment.
One unified checkout
Clicking Checkout sends every item in your cart to a single Stripe payment session. You see all line items together, pay once, and we activate them simultaneously.
Buy now (skip the cart)
If you only want one item, click Buy now on its card. The cart is skipped, you go straight to Stripe checkout with that single item.
When am I charged?
Immediately at checkout. Stripe processes your card and we credit your add-ons the moment the payment confirms.
What does my receipt look like?
After a successful payment you see a confirmation page with: status (Paid), the email on file, and a unique reference number (the Stripe session id). A receipt is also emailed to your account email automatically by Stripe.
Where can I see my billing history?
Log into your dashboard and click Billing in the sidebar. You'll see:
- Your current active subscription with renewal date
- Full quote and invoice history (paid, pending, abandoned)
- The amount you paid and when
Annual billing only
All subscriptions and add-ons are billed annually. No monthly plans. This keeps pricing simple and gives you the best value.
What if I need a refund?
If you have a billing issue — wrong charge, accidental purchase, mistaken upgrade — contact support via your dashboard inquiries. Each case is reviewed individually.
What are sister domains?
This platform operates 8 sister domains, each targeting different audiences and languages: one is English-primary, others are Turkish-primary or German-primary. Every sister domain has its own audience, search-engine presence, and visitor base.
Why list on more than one?
If you registered on the Turkish-primary sister, your company appears there by default. Listing on additional sister domains gives you:
- More visitor reach — your booth appears to audiences searching on those sites
- SEO presence — your company name and catalog get indexed across multiple domains
- Localized appearance — visitors on a German sister site see your booth in German
How is it priced?
Each extra sister-domain listing is €149/year, per language. Per company, not per product. Activate it from the Shop → Sister-domain visibility section.
How fast does my booth appear?
Immediately after payment confirms. Your company profile, catalog, articles, events, and trade-board posts all become visible on the additional sister domain within minutes.

The Trade Board is where verified companies post buy, sell, and lease offers. Every post is from a verified company. Buyers see your offer and contact you directly — no middleman, no commission.

Slot packs: more concurrent posts
Your plan includes a base number of active posts:
- Starter Company: 2 posts
- Growth Company: 5 posts
- Showcase Company: 10 posts
Buy slot packs when you're running into your post limit. Each pack permanently raises your concurrent post cap for one year.
Boost packs: faster sales
A boost lifts one of your posts to the top of the Trade Board for 72 hours. It also gives the post a permanent recency lift afterwards — so even after the boost expires, it keeps performing better.
Use boosts when:
- You have a time-sensitive offer (excess inventory, expiring lot)
- You're entering a competitive category and want visibility
- A buy/sell deal is close and you want to surface to more buyers
Concurrent boost limits
- Starter: 1 boost at a time
- Growth: 3 boosts at a time
- Showcase: 6 boosts at a time
Buy boost packs and slot packs in the Shop.
Be specific
Vague: "Industrial chemicals available."
Good: "500 MT toluene 99.5% purity, Istanbul warehouse, ready to ship."
Specificity wins inquiries. Buyers are scanning fast — give them concrete grade, quantity, location, timeline.
Use the right category
Post in the most accurate category. Buyers filter by category; the wrong one hides your offer from the people who want it.
Renew before expiry
Posts have a default lifetime of 120 days. Renew within the renewal window (last 7 days before expiry) to extend your post's life and refresh its position. After the lifetime cap, the post expires permanently and must be re-created.
Close honestly
When a deal closes, mark the post Closed with a reason:
- Sold / Found supplier — your search/listing succeeded
- No longer needed — circumstances changed
- Other — anything else
Closing posts honestly keeps the Trade Board clean and trustworthy for everyone.
